Player Agreement — WildChance

Studies show that more than 40 percent of online gambling disputes arise from players who did not read the platform’s terms before registering. This Player Agreement governs all use of WildChance (wildchance1.net) and sets out the rights and obligations of every registered player. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision below.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at WildChance, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Players who are below the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity.

Access to WildChance is permitted only from jurisdictions where online casino gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that participating in real-money gaming is permitted under the laws of your country or region of residence before registering.

Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same name, address, device, or household, are not permitted and may be subject to closure and forfeiture of funds.

2. Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Supplying false or misleading personal details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension.

Only one account is permitted per household and per IP address. Where WildChance detects multiple accounts linked to the same household or IP, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending balances or bonus awards.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify WildChance support without delay.

3. Identity Verification

WildChance operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed for the first time.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

A valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence)
Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., front-of-card photograph or screenshot of an e-wallet or crypto wallet)

WildChance may request additional documentation at any time where there is a reasonable compliance or security basis for doing so. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is $10 per transaction. WildChance does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which WildChance accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations. WildChance reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is $20 per transaction. A maximum withdrawal limit of $5,000 applies within any single calendar day. WildChance reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where this is operationally necessary.

Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

Cryptocurrency withdrawals: 10 to 30 minutes after approval
E-wallet withdrawals (Skrill, Neteller): 1 to 12 hours after approval
Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): 1 to 3 business days after approval

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be released. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used previously for a deposit on your account, subject to availability. All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by WildChance are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is already active may result in the second bonus being voided without notice.

When your account holds both bonus funds and real-money funds, bonus funds will be wagered first. Real-money funds remain in your balance and are not subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the relevant offer terms.

7. Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount received. For example, a $100 bonus requires $3,500 in qualifying wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

No deposit free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the credited amount. Cashback awards carry no wagering requirement and are credited directly as withdrawable funds.

All bonus offers have a defined validity period. Wagering requirements must be met within the applicable time limit, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account. Time limits are stated on each offer’s detail page.

8. Games and Fair Play

All games available on WildChance use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

WildChance prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities. Any player found engaging in such conduct will have their account suspended and balances forfeited.

In the event of a technical fault or game error that results in an incorrect payout, WildChance reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player’s account. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error do not constitute a valid claim.

9. Responsible Gambling

WildChance is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via the Responsible Gambling section of their account settings.

The following tools are available to all registered players:

Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
Cooling-off periods (temporary suspension of account access for a defined period)
Self-exclusion (permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform)

This Agreement is governed in its entirety by the terms published at wildchance1.net. WildChance reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
